RULES for your conscious eating challenge

  • The clock starts the minute you open this email.
  • Take note of EVERYTHING you eat and drink from now for the next 24 hours.
  • Set an alarm on your phone for the 24 hour deadline.

Now review what has gone into you body.

How does that align with how you want your body to perform?

  • Give yourself a score 1-10.

Everyone will align with their own goals so there is no ‘right’ or ‘wrong’ here.

I’m suggesting we use this challenge to become more conscious of what we put into our bodies.

You might learn a little about your eating behaviour, or how you organise your week affects what you eat.

You might need to adjust your intake of carbs, protein or healthy fats.

How much water did you drink in the 24 hours? (Tea or coffee don’t count unfortunately!)

I know how easy it can be to lose all awareness of our gut until it begins to give us all sorts of symptoms to get our attention.

This is just for fun but I would be interested to hear how you get on!!!
