Apart from the powerful calming, third-eye opening meditative benefits of each one individually. Together they are sublime.
Blue Lotus can be drunk as a herbal tea on its own to induce sleep and higher consciousness. The tea can also be used as a base liquid to make up the Rose &/or Heirloom Cacao.
Something magical happens when all three are mixed together. It's hard to explain but if you tune in you will definitely feel it.
My ritual is to make up the Blue Lotus Tea, then add the Heirloom Cacao and blend. Finally add half a teaspoon of the Rose and blend until smooth.
For a deeper more anchoring state increase the Heirloom Cacao. But start with 1 or 2 teaspoons and increase as you need to. I take about 1 - 1 1/2 tablespoons.
For a lighter more etheric feel use more or the Blue Lotus Tea to dilute the Heirloom Cacao. The Rose is the heart opener, so it's more of a space holder, while the other two act more as amplifiers.
