Need to return an item?
Simply follow these steps:
- Please contact us to advise us of the situation. Email [email protected]
- Package your products and include any necessary documentation allowing us to identify both you and your order, and detailing the reason for your return.
- Return your item to us. We recommend using a delivery method that requires a signature on delivery such as An Post Express or Registered Post.
Items Damaged in Transit or if you have received the wrong item.
In the unlikely event you receive an incomplete, damaged or incorrect order, you must notify us within 7 working days of receipt.
Items should be returned in their original packaging to The Wellbeing Clinic C/o One Stop Fulfillment, Clonminam Industrial Estate, Unit 4 Craan Port, Portlaoise, Co. Laois, R32 HX40. Once received back into the warehouse, we’ll issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method, within 30 days.
If you have simply changed your mind.
If you have simply changed your mind about any item ordered and you wish to return it, then in line with the Distance Selling Regulations (DSR) you can do so provided you inform us of your decision within 7 days of receipt. The item must not be used and must be ‘as new’ when returned to us. Your statutory rights are not affected.
We will accept returns of unused products within seven days of purchase. Once you’ve informed us that you wish to return goods under the DSR, you have 28 calendar days to do so, at your own expense. Once the item is received by our warehouse, we’ll issue a full refund for the product to your original payment method, within 30 days of cancellation. Return postage for any cancelled order is the responsibility of the buyer.
