This overnight cleanse is just the thing when you get caught at the last minute constipation or bloating caused by sluggish bowels.

So here’s your instructions for your overnight cleanse
- Add 1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar and the juice of half a lemon into 500ml of water.
- Take with six to eight capsules of Oxy-Powder before bed.
Personally I would adjust the number of capsules relative to what you would normally take.

I think this is a really useful cleanse if you don’t have time for the 7 Day Cleanse but you need to do something.
By the way the 7 day cleanse should be done every 3 months or so. If you maintain a healthy diet then you could stretch it to every six months.
