Returns & Refunds

If you need to return an item, we’re here to help.

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item.

Once you notify us of your cancellation, you have 7 days to return the product.

To be eligible for a return:

Due to the nature of health supplements, we cannot accept returns on opened products.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

There is no restocking fee for returned items.

However, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within approximately 7 working days to your original payment method.

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different product, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.

Your statutory rights under Irish and EU consumer law are not affected.
