"It is not attention to lack of wellness that makes you sick. It is attention to the lack of many things....
Chronic attention to unwanted things holds you in a place of disallowing your physical well-being, as well as disallowing the solutions to other things you are focused upon.
If you would focus your attention upon the experience of physical well-being, as much as you focus upon the absence of it, not only would your recovery come quickly, but maintaining your physical well-being and balance would also be easy."
A sense of Well-being can become habitual. If we can get into the habit of seeking out the positive, the solutions in a way that give us a natural sense of ease and flow. It can become a very pleasant way to live.
We create our bodies through choices we make. Good and bad. But luckily it can take years before we feel the impact of exactly what we created.
I say luckily because that gap between our choice and result is our opportunity ...
- to course correct
- to make changes
- choose better actions
- to finely tune how we choose our supplements and daily routines.
So today decide what sort of health/body you want and focus on that. Everyday choose to do (or not do) at least one thing that will bring you the health/body you want.
